Plumeria alba oil
Plumeria alba also known as white Frangipani is popular worldwide for its fragrant flowers and ornate appearance. The flowers give off a sweet, intoxicating smell, especially in the evening to attract nocturnal pollinators.
The Plumeria alba belongs to the palm family (Apocynaceae), although native to the Caribbean, it is now found worldwide in tropical and subtropical regions.

The absolute oil of these fragrant Frangipani flowers is a highly concentrated aromatic oil that is widely used in niche and designer perfumes (often in oriental or floral compositions).
Fragrance profile: seductive and sensual aroma, often described as warm and narcotic.
Top notes: Sweet, tropical, slightly citrusy
Heart notes: Deep floral, creamy, exotic
Base notes: Slightly spicy, balsamic, soft.
What is Plumeria Absolute Oil?
It is a thick, deeply fragrant oil that is extracted from the flowers of Plumeria alba via solvent extraction (not via steam distillation because the flowers are too delicate). The result is a rich, floral absolute with a complex fragrance. It is one of the more expensive absolutes because of the low yield per flower.
Absolute oils are not suitable for internal use and should always be diluted before applying to the skin.
For Skin Care: Processed in diluted form in luxurious creams, oils, or massage products (note: always dilute because of the concentration). Just a few drops are needed in blends.
